  • Once a patient fills out our medical questionnaire and selects a plan, our team will review the provided information.
  • If the patient qualifies, we will determine the most suitable product for their needs.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the completed questionnaire and payment.

Shipping

  • All products are discreetly packaged to ensure privacy.
  • We use a direct 3rd party courier service to deliver orders.
  • Once your order is ready for shipping, the courier service will pick it up from our pharmacy and deliver it directly to the address provided during the order process.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times might vary based on your location and external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
