How it works
- Tell us about your hair and your health. Complete a private online consultation. Your answers are the only basis on which a prescriber decides whether any treatment is suitable for you.
- A registered prescriber reviews your consultation. Prescriptions are issued only by prescribers registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as independent prescribers, who exercise their own professional judgement, may ask you further questions or contact your GP, and may decline to prescribe. No prescription medicine is chosen or confirmed before this review.
- Our pharmacy dispenses your prescription. Dense Hair Experts is a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (premises 9011239), operated by Family Pharmaceuticals Limited. Superintendent Pharmacist: Omar Faruk, GPhC registration 2077971.
- Discreet, tracked delivery. Plain packaging, handed to you or an adult at your address.
- Reviews and support. A pharmacist reviews your plan before each repeat supply and a full consultation is repeated at least every 12 months. You can contact us at any time; questions about your treatment are answered by a pharmacist and any change to it is a clinical decision.
Every plan is reviewed by a UK-registered pharmacist, who only supplies a treatment where it is clinically appropriate for you and may adjust or decline any part of it.
