RX Topical Spray Finasteride 0.1%

Finasteride is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor which is responsible for the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT in hair follicles is responsible for the miniaturisation (shrinkage) of follicles until they cease to exist.

By inhibiting the 5-alpha reductase Finasteride reduces the amount of DHT in hair follicles allowing hair to grow thicker. Finasteride has been shown to be 85% effective in regrowing hair in a matter of months. There’s heaps of scientific evidence out there which spans over 20 years and we’ve also seen the good stuff work wonders on thousands of our existing users. Not only do our patients love the stuff, but our team also uses it too!

Active Ingredients: 0.1% Finasteride w/v. Other ingredients are: Hydophillic solution containing mineral salts of vegetable origin.

Initially, your hair may feel a little damp but this lasts for a few minutes post-application. The formulation is a spray as opposed to foam or pipette oil, which means it's a lot easier to apply with minimal greasiness.
